Dear Mineralocity Subscriber,
Did you make it out to ConExpo this year? With over 140,000 attendees navigating the crowds, it was impossible to see everything. If you missed the show—or just want to cut through the noise—Stuart recently sat down to recap the biggest takeaways for the construction aggregates industry.
From the rise of semi-autonomous equipment to his outlook on our current “K-shaped” economy—where housing cools but industrial data centers drive demand—he breaks down exactly what these trends mean for producer margins this year.

Best regards,

Crystal and Stuart are back in the studio after three straight weeks of major industry conferences — SME MineXchange, PDAC, and ConExpo-ConAgg — and we’ve got a lot to unpack. From mining and exploration to construction aggregates and heavy equipment, these shows brought together well over 170,000 attendees combined, offering a rare snapshot of where the entire resource industry is headed.
A Message From The Developer of Mineralocity
Mineralocity Product Update: Closing the Loop on Industry Outreach
It has been an incredibly busy season behind the scenes at Mineralocity. From a developer standpoint, our goal has always been to transform static geospatial data into a dynamic tool that actually moves the needle for your business. We know that identifying a site on a map is only the first step; the real value is in the connection that follows.
I am thrilled to announce a major milestone in that mission: we have officially updated our Producer Layer to include comprehensive contact information across the United States. For nearly every producer where information is reasonably accessible, we’ve integrated direct phone numbers and supporting website URLs. Providing these digital touchpoints ensures you have the full context of a lead before you even pick up the phone. To keep this data as fresh as possible, we have committed to a rigorous maintenance schedule, updating these records on a quarterly to bi-annual basis.
This update represents more than just a one-time data push; it is the result of refined internal methodologies and new research practices we’ve developed to ensure high-quality outputs. We are already beginning to leverage these same proprietary processes to enhance our other datasets, such as our Downstream Consumer layers. We anticipate these improved workflows will bring even deeper data and more actionable insights to the platform in the coming months.
The response from the partners and early testers we work with has been exceptionally exciting. Seeing the platform evolve from a research tool into a direct bridge to the industry is exactly why we do this. We’re grateful for your continued support as we continue to build the most connected resource in the mineral industry.
