Proprietary Burgex models and market information have been used with this data to generate a preliminary market potential and technical feasibility score. This information has been compiled and scored with the intent of providing clear and actionable visibility to the client for the purpose of helping guide decisions regarding pursuing further potential exploration and development of the subject site but is in no way a guarantee expressed or implied of future performance. A general recommended interpretation of the scoring system is as follows: ‘A’ grade sites have excellent potential for exploration and development based on the preliminary assessment, ‘B’ grade sites have great potential for exploration and development, ‘C’ sites have some potential for exploration and development, but some market or technical feasibility considerations may need to be made, ‘D’ and lower sites are not recommended for further exploration and development based on preliminary assessment.

Given the extensive data in this layer, you’ll need to zoom in closely to your specific area of interest. Once you’ve zoomed in sufficiently, the parcel data will appear on your screen.

On the right side of the Mineralocity Aggregate page, there is a filtering tab. Enter the parcel acreage size that you are interested in and toggle the filter on to search.

Parcel data is provided by county and each county has its own unique recording system. Therefor not all information captured is uniform.
